Daydreaming Isn’t That Bad
We started off the new week with an intention to be *present* Yet we’re already noticing the Monday slump kick in—that is we’ve found ourselves slightly distracted and daydreaming.
It’s not always the best to have our thoughts caught up on a non-present space, but the times we’ve caught ourselves daydreaming— we’ve felt light, creative, and re-charged.
There’s got to be some benefits to daydreaming…@lifehacks has identified 10! We’ll try not to get carried away but a little dreaming never hurt anybody 😇
